Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you also mention the names of the other two syrups adviced by your doctor.

It seems that she is suffering from infection of the gastrointestinal tract and needs appropiate antibiotic and antiamoebic. Metrogyl is antiamoebic and will be effective in curing protozoal infections like amoebiasis or giardiasis. Vizylac contains Lactobacillus spores which are effective in maintaining the normal flora of the intestine which help in digetion and absorption of the food.
I assume, one of the other two syrups must be an antibiotic preparation to treat bacterial cause of the infection. So, it will be helpful if you mention the names of the other two syrups prescribed.

It is also suggested that you should get her stool examined for Routine/Microscopic and for Occult blood.

Also take care in maintaining god hygeinic conditions during preparation of her food and while eating.
I hope your daugter is vaccinated for rota virus.

I hope this is helpful to you.
