Small Child, Red Sores In Armpits, Look Like Blisters. Applied Hydrocortizone. Impetigo?
my two year old last night had one nickle size red sore under her arm . This morning she had two more and this afternoon she has two more; total of five. They all are red, round, and look like blisters. I can tell that small red bumps are forming around each blister/sore. i applied hydrocoritzone to the area after her bath. Is this Impetigo?

this is pustular eruption.is there any associated fever?
I advise you to apply calamine lotion 3 to 4 times a day,keep area clean.
In case eruption does not subside take her to pediatrician as she may need local antibiotic to apply.
