Small Child, Red Dots On Legs, Spreading To Hands, Forehead, Dry, No Pain Or Itching. Treatment?

my 3.5 years old son had about 25 red 1 mm to 1.5 mm dots on his legs yesterday which have today morning increased to about 70 dots on his legs, hands and forehead . They r dry, no itching, no pain, no disturbance but look very annoying. I have sent him to school anyway but we both parents got disturbed thinking about them. What to do?

Hi,
As the spots are not itchy. this is unlikely to be allergy.
There are a few conditions which can come like this such as purpura.
It is better to show to a doctor when he comes back .if the rashes are still there!!
