Small Child, Red Bumps On Legs, Fever, Tooth Pain, Loss Of Appetite. Treatment?

My 23 month old has red bumps on her legs and elbows and is complaining about her teeth hurting or her mouth being hot (like spicy). The Bumps look just like chigger bites, but she hasn t been outside. She had a little fever on Sunday (3 days ago). Some bumps have little scabs but probably because she scratched them. She seems to feel fine other than that, though she isn t eating much because it hurts her mouth.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Your child seems to have a Viral fever with exanthematous rash due to which she developed a fever, bumps on legs, and sore mouth.
Continue Tylenol for fever in prescribed dosage and duration.
For the rash, you can apply calamine lotion externally.
Consult your Pediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
