Pediatrician Dr. Synthyia Bhagat's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Repeated respiratory infections are commonly seen in children which could be infective or allergic in nature.
AS you mentioned your child is having fever with tonsillitis ,get him examined by a pediatrician as he may need a course of antibiotic.
Give acetaminophen for fever control.
Give plenty of fluids, lukewarm water will be soothing.
Avoid all kind of fried and junk food,

Wishing your child good health.
God bless.
