Small Child, Passing Hard Stools, Inflammation In Area Surrounding Anus, Pain. Cure?

My 7-month-old has an inflamed anus area. There s always poop in her diaper all the time. Her stool used to be very loose, but this one appears to be a little harder, though not rock hard. I thought it was because she s been on solid. What should I do? It kills me that she arch her back and scream as if she s in pain even right now

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Stool consistency changes with change in diet,
since your baby is 7 months of age i will not advise any solid diet yet, give her plenty of fluids, coconut water, fruit juices,.vegetable soup.,
Semisolids need to be started next month,
When her stools she will no longer hold it and there will be no pain,

Wishing your baby good health.
God bless
