Hi,The stool result is normal .1-2 pus cells are OK. This is viral infection. The only treatment is to replace the fluids and electrolytes with ORS solutions like elctrobion, electral, etc. No need for antibiotics. The whole episode will take some time to clear.Do not worry.Pl check for good urine output, good activity and play and watch the child.Good luck
God bless Dr uma

Pediatrician Dr. Synthyia Bhagat's  Response
Thanks for your query.
Your baby is having diarrhea and is mostly viral in nature and takes few days to subside.
Most important is to maintain hydration.
Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.give coconut water, curd, banana, boiled potato.
Give lactobaccilus for 2 to 3 days and zinc for 14 days after consulting your treating doctor.
Monitor her activity and urine output.
2 to 3 Pus cells are not very signicifant.

Wishing your baby good health.
God bless.
