Small child, nausea, fever, hot sweats, shaking, weakness, vomiting. Treatment for symptoms?

My 6 year old daughter has been getting sick randomly for 3-5 days for the past six months now, her symptoms are instant nausea which leads to puking, fever and hot sweats, or the shakes and she gets very weak and she just sleeps for long periods of time. She is unable to keep liquids down. Please help me help my child!

Thanks for your query,
as your daughter is not well for last six months i suggest you to consult pediatrician and get her evaluated,she may need intravenous fluids as she is not able to tolerate orally.In the meantime give her paracetamol if fever is above 100F,try to give her fluid sip by sip. antiemetic like domperidone.can also be given.

Thank you for your query,
At present as child is having fever and vomitings you can give Tylenol for the fever and antiemetic like ondansetron for vomitings in prescribed doasge and give oral rehydrating solution sips to prevent dehydration.
Consult your Pediatrician as your child is having recuurent symptoms since 6 months and needs evaluation.
