Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
It is looking like upper respiratory tract infectin due to viral or bacterial. What medications you are giving the child now? The stomach pain may be due to gastritis due to viral or any drug induced. Continue paracetamol and give soft diet and medication after food and you can give antacids like digeine or junior lanzole after consulting your Pediatrician.
