Small Child Having Loss Of Appetite, Frequent Bowel Movements, Diarrhea. Treatment?

hello doctor, myself XXXX...shifted to XXXX on 13th July 2012My child will be 1 year old on 2nd august 2012. he used to eat anything with proper interest. but dont kno why from past 3-4 days he is not accepting food at all. also, from today afternoon he is passing motions ....its been 5th time he has passed the motion....kindly suggest the remedy.

Your child seems to have gastroenteritis and appetite will decrease with this.
Oral rehydration solutions to be given sip by sip to prevent dehydration.
Hydration should be monitored by his activity, urine output.
Consult the doctor for the examination and medication.
