hello,,,,
You have already consult with your pediatrician and treatment is going on , so no need to worry.
In this period most of child is prone to allergic/ viral infection, so they are mostly suffer from common cold , cough, and this condition we are called as Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
About High eosinophilic count - It increased in Parasitic, Allergic , Fungal infection.
Recovery - She will recover in 5 to 6 days.

I would Advise:

Keep baby warm.
1.Wrap with cotton cloths
2.Stem inhalation.
3.Avoid cold items
4.De worming every 6 month
5.Dont give more medicine ,
6.If she is not recover within 5 to 6 days you can consult again to your doctor.
7.Repeat CBC and watch for eosinophilic count, WBC/TLC.
8.If necessary you can start antibiotic under pediatric supervision.

Thanks
I wish your baby recover soon.
Regards , Dr. Sagar Mhatre
