Sir, My child is three yrs old &in past few days he has been suffering from diarrhoea followed by fever later.doctor suggested to undergo a blood test & stool test .in blood test the result come out Thai he has typhoid .in report salmonella typhi o is 1:40&st h is 1:80.plz tell me if he has really suffering from typhoid& plz suggest about his food I should given in this case. Thanks ....

No he is not suffering from typhoid. That report is normal and the titre which you had mentioned is absolutely normal and insignificant, so dont worry. If his stools are normal, dont worry, it might just be a simple viral fever.
