Hi and thanks for the query,
Fever and vomiting in a child could have various causes. This could range from simple viral to bacterial, and at times surgical emergencies. A clinical evaluation usually seeks to exclude an ear, throat, gastrointestinal, lung infections. Blood tests orients on the origin, bacterial with increased leucocytes, and urine tests might proof a urinary tract infection.
I suggest you visit your primary care physician or pediatrician for a complete evaluation.
Thanks and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
