Small child, frequent watery stools, redness on buttocks. Treatment?

hi, My son is 2.4 years. since last week his does frequent potty. there is no foul smell. but is slightly watery. he goes to playschool. sometimes they dont realise in school that he s done potty. so by the time he comes home, his bum is red. i do apply rash free, but he cries like crazy. right now he is eating properly. no issues with that. but what to do about potty issue. what do i do? This sounds like a viral diarrhea. And best thing is it seems to be getting better. You just need to manage him symptomatically with good hydration, he will get better in a day or 2. Rash free is good for the perianal area. Keep it as dry as you can.
