Loose stools is usually due to a virus and does not need antibiotics like OFM suspension.
Since you have started, please complete the entire course.

Do not worry about the consistency of stools. It will be fine in few days.

Just be sure that she drinks well. You may give her plenty of fluids- vegetable soups, rice based porridge, ORS etc. Try to avoid cow`s milk and formula milk.
Add plenty of curd to her diet.

You may also give her probiotic sachets like Econorm about 1/2 sachet twice a day for 3 to 5 days.
She should be fine with these.

If abdominal pain is too much, please visit your doctor- she might need some anti-spasmodics.
Hope my answer helps you.
Wish your daughter a speedy recovery.
