Hi Ambica,
For diarrhoea- give enough fluids.
For cold you are already giving sinarestAf which contains antihistamine and decongestant. The other drug contains some medicine for wheezing.
Please do not over medicate your baby. The cold is from allergy or mild viral infection.give some time and watch provided your baby is otherwise OK and feeding well and playing well.all the best
