Feed Your child with fresh fruit juices especially guava, papaya, apple with skin and pomegranates.
Use sprouted dhal .
Ask him to drink plenty of water.
For some kids milk also cause constipation
so use thin milk.
Avoid non veg, Maida products, junk food, chocolate, snacks.
U supplement these things with nicely cooked sprouted grains.
