Most probably, you might have acquired Folliculitis, infection of hair follicle of your buttock.
It might have increased in size and burst.
Please consult your doctor and take good Antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs.
It will get subsided.
This condition does not cause Constipation. Please drink plenty of liquids, eat Green leafy vegetables ,high fiber diet to relieve this condition.

Emergency Medicine Specialist Dr. Sheeba Stephen's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

It is likely that you have developed an infected boil in that area which is causing your the pain. Sometimes, an infected sebaceous cyst or an ingrown hair can also present with similar symptoms.

Most of these subside on their own with symptomatic treatments. I would suggest that you take an anti-inflammatory medication like Brufen of Paracetmol (should be available over the counter) to help reduce the pain. You can also wash the area with hot water frequently. In case you develop fever or chills or pus discharge or a worsening of your symptoms, then it is better to have a proper medical examination and further treatment.

For the constipation, you should drink plenty of water and take lots of fruits and vegetables. You can also try a natural fibre laxative like Psyllium husk.

Wish you all the best.
