Small blisters on genitals, anus, pain on touching, urination. No history of STDs. Causes?

I have little blisters that.look like canker sores. They only hurt when I touch them or when I pee. I also have a blister or something similar on my butt hole. It hurts to move. And when I try to wipe it. I m almost 100% sure its not an std because my partner is tested and I have been with them for months. What could it be?
