Slowly Spreading Small Reddish Patch Below Lips And Above Chin. On Momate F. Any Alternative Medicine?

I have been using momate f as prescribed by my doctor for a small reddish patch below my lips and above my chin. It has been there for more than a year now. It is spreading slowly. I searched the internet abiut what I have by searching for uses of momate f. I think it is some kind of inflammation. I remember my doctor telling my not to salivate my lips. But then I though it was a fungi.
I have been using momate f for quite a long time now. It has been months since I visited my doctor. Could you help me with an alternative to the problem I have?
