Psychiatrist 's  Response

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum

Panic attacks can occur in physical and psychological illness. As your ECHO and EKG is normal, then it is better to rule out psychological reasons (panic disorder, GAD, stress and depression) and other physical reasons (thyroid imbalance, anemia or increase BP) in your case.

For evaluation and management you can meet nearby psychiatrist as your symptoms started after a panic attack.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.
