Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
You are having gastroenteritis infection due to a virus or bacteria.
Take liberal amounts of oral rehydration solutions like Pedialyte after and in betwwen loose stools to prevent dehydration.
Probiotic like lactobacillus or sacharomyces can be taken orally in prescribed dose.
Stool routine examination and culture to be done to look for any bacterial cause as this infection needs antibiotic treatment.
Don't delay in seeking medical attention as it may lead to dehydration, decreased urine out put and the other electrolyte imbalances with their associated complications.
So inform your parents and consult your doctor for the proper management of your problem.
Hope I have answered your query.
