Slipped, Landed On Bum Hard, Bruised, Pain.

After sliding at softball practice, I landed on my bum pretty hard. Getting up and running after hurt a little. After awhile I noticed two bruises on both sides of my hips/bum they d ache on and off and when id run. 4 months later they were still there and would ache it seemed once a week, now 6/7 months after they don t hurt but now there seems to be a deep indent where the bruises were. Like someone used a ice cream scoop on my hips. What are these things ?!

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us,

I have read your query and I would advise the following:

Those are scar marks due to secondary healing process.
Use cream with moisturiser and antibiotic for relief.

Take analgesic and calcium with vit D for healing.

I hope that I have answered your query. Let me know if I can help you further.

Take care
