Slipped In Bathroom, Lower Back And Elbow Hurt, Walking Slowly, Pain While Sitting, Feeling Sick. Advice?
female mother 43years old slipped in bathroom fell on my back and hurt middle lower back and elbow , on the shower cubicle edge hit the back and elbow. the pain is travelling down back lower down in tail bone , able to walk slowly but painfull when sitting on normal upright sitting position, feeling sick. i managed to get up with help, please advice, thank you

you can take some anti-inflammatory drugs under doctors advice for 3 to 4 days.
take adequate rest
get the x ray of the bone parts injured during fall.
apply ice packs to those parts so that pain and swelling will come down
