Slight Sharp Pain In Left Upper Arm. Hairdresser, Broke Right Wrist, Using Left Hand. Muscular Pain ?

I ve bn getting a slight sharp pain in my left upper arm . Every now n then I get it. I m a hairdresser. 27 yrs old. I broke my right wrist in 2011 at Xmas time and had 2use my left hand a lot. My left wrist feels weaker than the 1i broke now. Any suggestions or could it just be strain n muscular pain wit bn a hairdresser.
