Slight pinch in abdomen, constipation. Any home remedies?

Hello Doctors, I feel something of a slight pinch on my right abdomen-my liver but no severe pain. Is peanut butter okay for jaundice? I m 28/male. I had biliary atresia done as an infant. My eyes are dark brownish yellow. My urine is yellow also. Right now I m constipated, but if I drink coffee or eat pork & beef I ll get digestive disturbance--diarrhea! I m also weight training. So, I drink whey protein , & eat high protein diets consiting of lean chicken breasts, eggs . peanut butter white rice, and mango banana shakes. Is this a good diet. Are there any proven home remedies you could recommend? Thanks

Thanks for the query

I advice you not to take a high protein diet if you are jaundiced, it will make it worse. Please consume a high carbohydrate diet instead.Peanut butter is fine if you are taking it once a day.

Constipation is secondary to the high protein diet, the best home remedy is to consume food rich in fibre like green leaves, vegetables and fruits. Banana is a wonderful laxative. Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water a day

I hope I was of help
