Sleeplessness In Sleeping Position, Better Sleep While Sitting. Swelling In Feet, Legs And Hands, Obese, Fatigue. On Lasix. Help

i am an obese female i am 54 years old.and i am a widow of 2 years.my husbandpassed away due to cancer.i took care of him alone till he passed away.but i still cant sleep at night.but if i sit down for a minute i fall asleep.and recently my feet ,legs,and hands swell huge till i cant even wear my shoes.and my dr. already has 80 mg. of lasix..i stay tired all the time.any advice

Hi there, thanks for asking. As you mentioned it can be related to your heart condition. Taking no added salt to your food can be very helpful. Also some medications from the class of ACE inhibitors could be helpful and you can ask more about them from your doctor. They can help the heart to pomp better. I wish you a good health.

May be heart problem like congestive cardiac failure / anaemia and hypoproteinaimia

Must consult a cardiologist on urgent basis
