Sleeping Pill Is Beige Yellow And Circle Not Bigger Than Birth Control. Information?

.. seroquil/sleeping pill. its beige yellowish and circle, not much bigger than birth control with nothing on the back or no sign of mg/strength? its a small circle pill with the letter( E 53), just about the size of a skittle, or tad smaller.?
location, in Canada,Toronto Ontario, i had found it on my floor , and asked a friend what is was and she said a sleeping pill , which i mentioned first, but also wanted to get more info?

1. seroquil [Quetiapine] is an atypical anti psychotic drug which is basically given for elderly patients with dementia-related psychosis, who do not have adequate response with anti depressants and is not approved for patients under the age of 10 years due to increased incidence of suicidal tendency.

2. Interactions: increased risk of drowsiness, and postural hypotension when used with alcohol.

. Adverse Drug Reaction: headache, asthenia, abdominal pain,back pain,fever, chest pain, constipation, dry mouth, diarrhea, leucopenia, weight gain, dizziness,anxiety, rhinitis, elevated transaminase levels, dry skin, UTI, decrease in thyroid hormone levels, elevation in lipid profile.

PS:
. Pill imprint E 53 has been identified as Quetiapine fumarate 100 mg and is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
