Skin Tightness, What Could This Be ?
I have dark patches of skin on my face. Lately I have noticed that my face feels really tight almost as if it's pulling. My doctor ran some blood test and I have a positive ana, so she referred me to a specialist. The appointment isn't for several months. What could this be?

Positive ANA means that u r positive for vasculitis. It also depends on how highy the positivity is whether it is +,++ or +++.
