Skin Removal From Face Due To Accident, Black Scar Formed. Used Mederma. Treatment?

hello sir, i met with an bike accident 6-7 months back and face got rubbed on the road which cause skin removed. The injury is healed but black spot remained. Doctor from my locality suggested me to use medrema. After using medrema spot is lighten but it is still visible. please tell me how to remove this mark or at least make it less visible,

Thanks for writing to us.
So you have developed post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to traumatic injury.
You may try applying a hydroquinone tretinoin based cream to reduce the same. A better bet would be to consult a dermatologist nearby for spot peels with glycolic acid or TCA.
