Skin Peeling Near Anus. What Can I Do?

I just went to the bathroom and when I was wipin myself it hurt, I checked and it seems that my skin has peeled off near the anus . It happens sometimes and other times nothing.... It s been like this for 2 years what can I do? Also when I was younger I used to hold my poop in and now I feel it comes out on its own. Help???

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

The area of groin around anus is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.

These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.

Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
