Sinus Infection, Yellow Phlegm, Specks Of Blood, Runny Nose And Sore Throat, Taken Amoxycillin

32 weeks pregnant. Had bad sinus infection last month - did amoxycillin course and then another course since it didnt completely go away. Finished with my course now however still see yellow phlegm (though that has reduced a little) with specks of blood. Could that be anyhting to worry about or would take time to go? Just have some runny nose and sore throat when i wake up in the morning. NO other symptoms like fever, short breath.
