Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
This symptoms may not be related to your past history of snakebite or anti venom.
The frequent infection is due to sinus infections, or allergy.
Hives are suggestive of an allergic etiology.
Investigations like complete blood picture, sedimentation rate, serum immunoglobulin levels, x ray chest and para nasal sinuses, and CT scan of sinuses will locate the problem.
Therefore I suggest you an ENT specialist for further examination and investigations.
Hope I have answered your query.
