Sinus Drainage, Sore Throat, Muscle Pain In Calves, Lower Back, Headache And Fatigue. Treatment For Symptoms?

Hi, I had a bad illness a few weeks ago, the symtoms were headache, chills, extreme fatigue , nausea , muscle aches, and sinus congestion. It lasted about a week and a half. After I recovered it seemed the sinus drainage never went away. Now it seems other symptoms are returning, such as severe sore throat, muscle aches, especially the calves and lower back headache and fatigue.

Hi
Thank you for your query
It appears from your symptoms that you were suffering from a viral infection and it has persisted. Nothing works better on a draining sinus better than steam inhalation. Although it appears clumsy, it works a lot. Similarly salt gargles for sore throat. Additionally a nasal decongestant (oral tablets or nasal drops) will be required. For the muscle aches and pains you will need analgesics. For a proper prescription you should visit a physician.
Hope that helps
God bless you
