Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

From the details provided, the possibilities are :-

* Chronic amebic or giardia infection
* Infection from a bacteria called, H.pylori
* Indigestion, with intestinal infection due to harmful bacteria which kill the good bacteria in the intestine.
* Worms in the intestine
* Or, Irritable bowels, in case you have mental stress/personal or work-related problems/anxiety with or without depression.

I will therefore strongly recommend that you take a 2-weeks' course of anti-H.pylori infection; Proton Pump Inhibitors, such as Rabeprazole; Probiotics (such as, Lactobacilli) and digestive enzyes; monthly deworming. THE ANTI-H.PYLORI will take care of ALL POSSIBILITIES.

I am confident that you will be cured of your problems with the treatment advised.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am sure he will agree with me and thereby, prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.

hope you find my response helpful and informative.
