Shoulder, Neck, Back Pain. What It Can Be? Cure?

I have been having shoulder pain and pain in both my arms back neck chest and hands. I have been a lil worried it cld be something serious and everytime ive went to er they said i was fine. I did however hurt my left shoulder at work a few months ago (im a server/ bartender). Just curious to what it may be. Sometimes I get lightheaded and legs get weak then after a few mins im fine. Have been experiencing a pulling sensation in my upper back between my shoulders and pressure in my sternum but I also have very large implants that have been causing me problems aswell. Thank u for your feedback

from your description it is really difficult to say the exact diagnosis and the severity but it is showing that your cervical(neck) area is having the main problem alongwith thoracic part.the hand and arm pain is because of that cervical part where as pulling sensation is due to thoracic part.light headedness and weak leg intermittently means you should consult neurologist as it is due to nervous system problem.regarding large implant not clear about the location and purpose so cant comment upon it.
