Shoulder Injury, Lump Formation, Hematoma In Head, Has Fever, Ear Pain. Given Advil, Codeine. Done X Ray. What Does This Indicate?

My four year old daughter fell on Sunday afternoon (now is Wednesday night). She fell from a regular kitchen chair onto her shoulder on the tile. I immediately took her to an urgent care center, as she was inconsolable and couldn't move her shoulder. The X-ray showed a broken collarbone. She also it her head in the fall, causing a lump/ hematoma on the top/ back of her head, but the ER doc checked out her eyes and said they were reacting fine. The next day she saw her pediatrician, who said everything looked fine to heal in time, and who prescribed constant Advil, codeine when necessary for pain, ice, and rest.
However, she now has a fever of 103.5 (ear thermometer). We were actually in to see the doc today for her younger sister, and while we were there he checked my older daughter 's ears, as today she had mentioned that the right ear hurt ( the clavicle break is on the left). Ears and throat looked good.
Any thoughts on this fever? I think that she had a fever last night, too. She felt very hot and slept terribly, but unfortunately I couldn't take her temp because we were staying away from home due to the broken AC in our house. Thank you!

Greetings of the day
The cause of fever is unrelated to injury. She could be having respiratory infection. Give her antipyretic like Paracetamol. There is no cause of concern as long as she is eating well and sleeping well.
Take care
