Shoulder Injury, Loud Cracking Sound, Pain Where Trapezius Muscle Connects Near The Bone. Cure?

Hi, I fell on my shoulder while playing volleyball I landed half way between laying on your side and face down with my arm above my head. I heard a very loud crack, I can t hold a weight. it hurts right where the trapezius muscle connects near the bone on top of your shoulder and the bone feels really sore.. what could it be?
