Shoulder injury. Neck pain. Could I still be healing?

about a month and a half ago my front tire on bycycle sliped out on me while I was turning and I landed on my shoulder . All 260 bl I had hard time lifting arm . Now I have a twinge of pain every now and then and it still bothers me. my neck was hurting pretty bad but I think thats ok now ecxept for a slite lump inbetween collar bones on neck. maybe it was there from somthing else like just fat but thats when I noticed it after crash. I though it might also be from ripped muscle. because neck was hurt also. Could I still be healing or is it more serious. what do you think. in your opinion.

Thanks for your query.
From description , it seems you might developed muscular or ligamentous strain over shoulder and neck .
Now after 3 weeks if pain is severe ,I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the MRI of the area affected under his/her guidance.
Meanwhile following measures will help with the pain
• Anti -inflammatory drugs like Tablet Motrin 1 tablet as and when required
• Avoid strenuous activity & lifting heavy weights.
• Apply diclofenac gel on the affected area. Warm compresses will also help.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
