Hi,
I have a six month baby and my wife become pregnant now. Almost 45 days completed after her last mensuration time. We both dont want to have the second baby now as it may affect her health as well as the caring of my first child. Can you advice me , is there any way to get rid of this second baby? Or is it ok to continue.

Understand your concern
You can use gynecologist prescribed MTP pill after getting proper guidance and under observation (pre abortion USG is required to confirm intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week). In this procedure 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol orally/vaginally after 24 hour under supervision. Dose should be modified if no bleeding.Do not use by your self as it cause serious complication that may require surgery.
Bleeding and cramp will occur after using pill and last for 5-7 days.Post abortion USG scan after 14 days to confirm the completeness of abortion process. Use safe sex practice to avoid similar situation and stress in life.
