Should Nausea In Spite Of Having Menstrual Period Be Of Concern?

Hi, I slept last night with the fan directly hitting me and I had little clothing on. I woke up feeling nauseous and I can't help but think it's the cause of the fan? I have vomited twice in the last hour. Normally, I wouldn't be so nervous but last week my menstrual period came 3 days late and only lasted 2 days long, however, it was a very light flow. I have been on birth control pills for almost a year now. Should I be concern if the nausea is related to possibly pregnancy even though I did get my menstrual period last week?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion as you are on birth control pills the chance of pregnancy is less.Birth control pills are the effective contraception of all methods. But as the period was delayed and less flow the diagnosis can be confirmed by doing a urine pregnancy test.If the test is negative then the altered period might be due to hormonal imbalance.Dont worry.Avoid stress and relax.
