Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your mother-in-law's problems. She can safely undergo cataract surgery while undergoing treatment for epilepsy.

Since she has increased frequency of seizures, please show her to the neurologist, to adjust and optimise the anti-epileptic drugs.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
