Should Little Chest Pressure And Choking Feeling In Throat Be Something To Worry ?

I have little chest pressure and choking feeling in my throat. Also, there is metallic feeling on my lower front teeth and left side of jaw pain (like it was fracture, I can t really bite food)...Is this something to worry about or is this anxiety issue? Thank you.
