Should I Wear Spec For 0.5 Cylindrical Number In Left Eye?
Hi sir I have 0.5 cylindrical number in left eye. Should wear spec for that? will it increase if i not wear spec?
also my job is like that i have daily 8 hr computer work and 2-3 hr tv watching
i am plan to prepare antiglare spec.
suggest me that i will go only antiglare spec or 0.5 in left eye with antiglare

i would suggest get the specs due to your job and personal lifestyle the numbers can increase and the cylindrical lens is used to correct astigmatism which will disturb you without the specs.
you can also get the antiglare specs as well it will also benefit
