Should I Take My Baby To ER As She Fell From Bed?

My baby is three months and two weeks old and she fell from our bed which is about 1.5 foot tall. She cried for maybe 10 minutes after the fall, and now she seems fine, but I am afraid that she may have hurt herself internally. Should I take her to the ER or should I wait for any particular signs?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I understand your concern. First be reassured that your kid is normal. I will suggest you danger signs of head injury -
1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
If none of them are present, I don't think you should worry about his trivial head injury. For pain you can give oral Paracetamol in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose(max ceiling dose 500mg) every 4-6th hourly. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time.
