Should I Take Medicine Through Out Life For Controlling High BP?

i am 41yrs old two weeks back doctor told me by seeing my report i have bp it was 130/100 he had told me to take aten 5o daily my total cholestrol was 205 hdl was 36.4 and LDL was 136 he have started atherochem for 6 weeks my weight is 103kgs and hieght is 6.2ft i have started cycling.walking, and diet control my question is that bp and cholrestrol is their i have to take tablet for lifetime pl suggest

Hi i read your query very carefully.

It's not true that once you start BP medication you will take it for the rest of your life. Everything is up to you. If you eat healthy and leave a healthy lifestyle you may don't need the medications for the rest of your life.
