excuse me im a nurse and i want to know, shoud i stop clexane of my patient befor operation?

Hi,you know clexane is anti platelet drug.Normally before any surgery this kind of drugs are not given.In some cardiac procedure this is not withheld.It is better to you please ask the in charge physician about this.thanks and bye.
