Should I Meet Spine Specialist For Spinal Arthritis, Degenerative Discs And Annular Tears?
I have spinal arthritis, degenerative discs and some annular tears in my spine. I have been in pain management for almost 3 years with numerous series of epidural and facet injections and even nerve ablation therapy. Nothing works. Would you suggest that I seen a spine specialist?

I would also recommend starting preventive therapy for the chronic management of the pain. In this regard, I would recommend starting pregabaline or amitriptyline.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above treatment options.
Physiotherapy can help improve muscle spasms coupled with a muscle relaxant (Flexeril).
