Should I Meet Doctor For Headache And Eye Twitching After Coke Falling In Forehead?
A bottle of coke feel on my forehead at work on Monday evening. Since Tuesday morning I have had bad headaches, my right eye is twitching (not constantly). The worst part is I feel feel sick all the time, although haven't actually vomited. Should I go to the doctors?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Yes you should definitely consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI of brain to rule out internal brain injury. You had head injury due to coke bottle. You developed severe headache, eye twitching, sick feeling all the time and nausea. All these favour internal brain injury more. So it is better to get done MRI of brain. If MRI is normal then no need to worry much. Apply ice packs on affected part of head, take painkiller like ibuprofen. You will mostly improve with all these in 1-2 days. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
