Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If the pain is not associated with loss of appetite, vomiting, fever then there appears to be no urgent situation.
The pain could either be Mid cycle pain or related to Urinary tract infection. More likely to be urinary tract infection if there are urinary complaints like burning urine or increased frequency of urine.
If the pain is in right lower abdomen and as mentioned is aggravated by coughing or jerky movements then possibility of Appendicitis also needs to be considered.

Do write directly to me for any further assistance.

Take care
